Maureen Bureson, Principal Consultant of Increased Capacity LLC, brings over 35 years of successful experience in program, organizational and resource development. She assists organizations increase effectiveness, mobilize community partners in support of their mission, build organizational capacity to manage emerging transitions, and expand financial resources.

Ms. Bureson has created and managed statewide, regional and community level public involvement processes that build support by increasing the engagement of constituencies. She applies these skills to help nonprofit organizations build a committed community of support with a passion for the organization's mission.
