Sarah Griffiths provides assistance to community organizations and foundations on a variety of capacity-building, organizational development and education reform efforts. Her areas of expertise include research such as literature reviews, focus groups, and interviews, technical assistance, training, asset-based community development strategies, and assistance in goal setting and consensus building. She uses Appreciative Inquiry, World Cafe and Open Space Technology.
