Cassandra O'Neill has over 20 years of experience working with government agencies, educational institutions, non profit agencies, and for profit organizations delivering health care, social services, workforce development, arts programming, and education. She has written successful grants totaling over $60 million. Prior to becoming a consultant she worked for a national social service agency, state government agencies in New Jersey and California, the National Governors' Association, the National Association of State Health Officers, and Rutgers University. She has consulted with over 70 organizations.
