Jim Roussin is located outside of the twin cities in Minnesota. He is a Strategic Change Consultant & Leadership Coach. Jim is a national trainer for The Center for Cognitive Coaching, and a teaching associate for Human Systems Dynamics (an institute that is using complexity theory to understand growth, change & transitions in organizations).
Jim spent 23 years in public education and eight as the Executive Director of Teaching, Learning and School Improvement in Big Lake Schools. He was recently elected by educators across the nation to serve as a Board of Trustee for the National Staff Development Council. In February of 2006, Jim traveled to India on a Berkana Learning Journey to explore new forms of leadership that are emerging in global communities.
